SizeVS is an independent project. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer, retailer, or brand mentioned on the Site.

The compilation, text, graphics, layout, and original visual comparison materials on the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Felix Francia or its licensors. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) fifty euros (€50) or (b) the amounts you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim (if any such fees exist; if none, €50), unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Felix Francia and SizeVS against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of residence that cannot be waived.
